The human resource equivalent of a financial balance sheet
Our Skills Balance Sheet provides data to help manage and grow human capital by monitoring employee skills and providing customized training to increase productivity. It documents what your employees should do versus what they can do and identifies future human resource needs and training opportunities. From the information compiled, our proprietary software, Occupational Skills Analysis System (OSAS), is used to identify the skill level of employees.
After assessing employees, a Gap Analysis is created to see where an employee excels or where he/she needs additional training. All data generated can be used to ensure that all training activities are data-driven.
