For over 15 years, EDSI representatives have provided transition services for people moving from welfare assistance to work. Our effort is simple, emotionally powerful and successful. We ensure that that our participants:
1. Understand and articulate the tremendous value they can bring to today’s employers
2. Have the requisite tools to communicate that value in a formal interview
Sure, we provide people with resources, materials and access to the latest techniques. But our most important work is the effort we make to ensure the participants believe in themselves and their abilities to reach any goal.
