Roe Falcone – Director of Strategic Partnerships -

Roe has been with EDSI since 1998 and has held a variety of positions that have given her broad experience to connect the dots and provide impactful solutions to help great companies and communities train and retain great people.

Tere Formilus – Project Consultant -

Tere is the interim One-Stop Operator/Career Services Director for CareerSource Tampa Bay. Previously, Tere functioned as the Assistant Director of the North Central American Job Center in Hartford, Connecticut and has since relocated to Florida. Tere provides strategic, technical, and operational expertise to multiple EDSI regions.

Trevor Stout – Project Manager -

Trevor has served in many roles throughout his career at EDSI, beginning as a WIOA Youth Advocate, and currently serving as interim Program Director - WIOA and Business Services for CareerSource Tampa. Trevor also served as the Project Manager for the Tampa R3 program. The short-term program enrolled 1,400 Hillsborough County jobseekers adversely affected by the pandemic, providing them with access to occupational skills training, virtual job fairs, paid work experiences, and OJTs.

Ken Mall – Managing Director - EDSI Consulting -

Ken has more than 20 years of leadership experience working with top-tier companies, labor organizations and government agencies identifying the skill needs of their workforces, and developing and implementing solutions to meet those needs. His vision and expertise in workforce development has helped organizations with notable growth in the technical skills of their skilled workers.
