EDSI maintains a presence in the Adams County CareerLink, serving the Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) population in its Employment, Advancement and Retention Network (EARN) Program. The program is funded through South Central PA’s Workforce Development Board (WDB) and is part of the South-Central group that serves all eight counties.
Core services include job readiness workshops, job search, job club and other career development topics.
