About Us
On Monday, July 31, 2017, a new program for young adults with ages that range from 16-24 was launched. The NCWorks NextGen Program is a newly featured program at NCWorks Career Center in Guilford County, replacing the INSPIRE Young Adult Workforce Preparation Program.

Young adults who would like to attend college, earn a credential, or just want a rewarding career and a better life for themselves, can participate in the program. Although eligibility and availability for NextGen must be determined, the NCWorks Career Center has proven that when it comes to providing workforce development assistance, no matter what a person’s background looks like, help is available in one or more departments within the Center.
